Amazing work. Helped me when no one else could! For over a decade, I've had a generalized chronic tension disorder with pain manifesting itself all over my body. Pain that feels like the end it's so bad.. Endless, wasteful hospital visits in agony with no hope ahead, until I found Joshua. He was able to find the root cause, the eye and focus of my problem, sort of like it being a storm.

I've been seeing Joshua for the past 4 weeks for an ankle surgery that consisted of two ligament reconstructions and two bone spur removals. Joshua offered to help me with recovery by trying red light therapy and hyperbaric chamber (oxygen) therapy. My surgeon said I wouldn't be able to start walking for 6 weeks post-operation, and I was walking in 4 and a half weeks. My incisions/scars improved significantly after just one week (two sessions of the therapies) and now I've returned to strength training just 6 weeks post-operation.

I am seriously impressed with the therapies that Joshua suggested and would highly recommend the use of red light and hyperbaric chamber therapy for anyone experiencing chronic pain/discomfort, soreness, or inflammation of ANY kind. I have seen Joshua for manual therapies as well (massage) and experienced great relief from those appointments too. Joshua offers many other kinds of therapy and is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and honest within his practice. Can not recommend his restorative therapies enough!
